👉 In France, once your return is approved, you will receive a Mondial Relay return label by email, along with a return form to include in your package.

If you haven't received these documents:

• Check your Spam folder
• Contact us, and we will resend them to you

It is essential to only use the provided Mondial Relay label to ensure your return package is tracked. Otherwise, your return may be lost.

👉 In the US, after creating your return on our return portal you can download it there, and you'll receive an email with the return label as well.
