👉  In France, returns and exchanges are free. Our returns are handled by Mondial Relay.

For exchanges, only the first exchange is free. Additional exchange requests will incur shipping fees.

👉 In the US, we offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase.

• If you choose this fee during checkout, there is no additional charge for shipping your items back to us for a return.
• If you do not select this option, you may be subject to a processing fee later when you initiate a return.
