When passion meets resilience

My name is Hugo Huille, I'm 28 years old, and from a young age, sports have always been my refuge. Always on the move, I never knew how to stay still... Until an ACL tear in 2018 disrupted my routine.

After surgery and months of rehabilitation, nothing felt the same. New pains emerged, and the fear of reinjury took hold, stripping me of the freedom that sports had always given me.

Throughout my twenties, things didn’t improve—tendinitis, joint pain… too many warning signs to ignore.

To move forward, I had to relearn how to listen to my body and change my approach to sports. No more pushing through out of ego; I had to learn how to pace myself, recover properly, and use the right equipment.

I almost stopped all my sports and spent a year and a half focusing on healing my body. Physiotherapy, yoga, taping... I tried everything. But what truly changed my journey was discovering the benefits of compression.

Medical knee braces helped during my recovery, but nothing seemed to provide the right support for my joints during exercise without slipping or restricting my movement.

That’s where the idea for Flytex was born.

The Birth of Flytex

From the start, Flytex was designed to meet the needs of athletes like me—those facing pain or joint weakness when returning to sports.

Our ambition? To create compression products that not only relieve pain but also provide support, stability, and the ability to perform safely. Nothing magical, but when combined with classic recovery and strengthening methods, it makes a real difference.

We started in 2022 with a simple pair of knee and leg supports.

Today, Flytex offers a catalog of over ten products, and we're already working on new innovations in collaboration with our customers.

In just two years, more than 116,000 athletes across France and the U.S. have trusted us to help protect their joints.

Thank you for being part of this adventure!
