You can pause or restart your subscription directly from your customer account.

1. On a computer: Visit Flytex.fr and click the "👤" icon in the top-right corner. You can also go directly to your account by clicking here.
   On a mobile phone: Visit Flytex.fr, scroll to the bottom of the page and, in the "Information" section, click "Manage my IRP subscription".

2. Go to the "IRP subscription" section to open your dashboard.

3. From this page, you can pause or restart your subscription yourself.

Note: If you restart your subscription, please check that your payment method is still valid and your delivery address is up to date. If you have any difficulty, contact us.
