Can I change the delivery address for my next order?Updated 2 hours ago

You can plan where your deliveries go, even while you’re on holiday. To change the delivery address for your next parcel:

1. On a computer: Visit Flytex.fr and click the "👤" icon in the top-right corner. You can also go directly to your account by clicking here.
   On a mobile phone: Visit Flytex.fr, scroll to the bottom of the page and, in the "Information" section, click "Manage my IRP subscription".

2. Go to the "IRP subscription" section.

3. At the top of the page, click the "Your next order" tab. You can then change the delivery address for that specific shipment.

Please note: Once that delivery has been completed, remember to update your usual delivery address again.
